Yoga Instructor — Marina Velogianni

I am a certified yoga teacher with a 200‑hour TTC from Moksha Yoga School and an additional 50‑hour specialization in Yin Yoga, both recognized by Yoga Alliance. I have been teaching with joy and dedication since January 2024. Alongside yoga, I hold a degree in Biological Applications and Technologies, and I am currently completing my Master’s in Nanomedicine at the Medical School of Athens. I also have a deep love for music, running, and spending time in nature.

For me, yoga is the moment when the mind becomes quiet and attention turns inward — a safe refuge within the fast pace of everyday life, and at the same time a path to deeper self‑awareness. Through practice, we cultivate strength and flexibility, but also something more essential: the ability to try, observe, and continue with presence and acceptance, regardless of the outcome.
